Friendly, helpful staff that is quick to respond to any queries! The room and facilities are clean as well as recently refurbished. Very near to a convenience store and the restaurant was affordable with good food.

I have no complaints. It matches my needs for being so near the hospital where my mum is warded for the past one week. I came to shower, rest and sleep. Very convenient.
